Our new Year started off with kids, family, games and bowling. We went bowling for new years eve with Scott's sister Shawna (and Mr. T of course) and brother Lance and all the kids. It was lots of fun. We ended up spending the night at Mr T. and Shawna's house and playing games, watching movies and waking up to a excellent breakfast. Lance got sick during the day and then that night I got sick...starting hovering over the toilet and having an awful stomach flu (or so I think)! I got feeling better the next day but Scott ended up getting the stomach flu on sunday morning and spent the whole day in bed. Hopefully this isn't a sign of what the rest of this year is yet to bring our way.
My hopes for 2009!!
-healthy kids (me & Scott too)
-Scott a new job (possibly the police academy...he would like to be a parole officer)
-a good tax return
-new carpet
-have the economy get better
-gas to stay under $2.00
-go with Scott more on the motorcycle this summer
-play more with my kids!!!
-learn photoshop
-Kandon to start walking and talking
- finish fencing our yard
-go to California in September
-Hawaii with my sister in law (and family) this summer (hopefully)

-Karter started preschool
-Kandon turned one and wasn't walking or talking like Karter was by then
-Scott got in a motorcycle accident 07/22/2008
-Scott got a new motorcycle that he loves and wouldn't trade for anything
-Some dear friends of ours moved away:(
-a million trips to walmart and costco
-got a new camera
-took a camera class
-decided to try to be a photographer
-rekindled a friendship I thought was lost:)
-a dear friend had a cute little girl:)
-no serious illness at our house!!!
