Out with the old...in with the new!!

Scott has been needing and wanting a new truck for as long as I can remember. But it hasn't been our top priority. Having his car paid off was nice but it finally came down to the fact we were always needing a truck! So we sold his car to some good friends of ours for their 16 year old daughter (I wish I would have had that car when I was 16!!) and we finally got a truck and best of all it's a 4-door and the boys fit GREAT in the back!! Plus Scott loves it. Hopefully after getting this truck he will still love and ride his motorcycle this summer with gas prices the way they are.

A Flower for You...

Karter came running up to me yesterday and said "Mom I picked a flower for you". As I turned around to look it was a "Dandelion". I thought it was too cute...I think I love Dandelion's a lot more now, just not in our yard!!!

Going Private May 16th

I have been debating the "pros and cons" of going PRIVATE, and YES we are going PRIVATE starting Friday, May 16th. My Gut keeps telling me to go private and I know from experience if I don't follow my instinct I soon REGRET IT and I am NOT going to REGRET THIS. I know it is probably more paranoia than anything but since I need to follow my intuition. Plus since I don't scrapbook or have a journal and our blog is OUR SCRAPBOOK I don't want to later REGRET something especially when it comes to our FAMILY!!. Thanks for understanding!! :)

Too Excited!!!

I pre-ordered "Wii Fit" and can't wait to get it. I guess it will be here May20th or at least it is expected to be. How cool is it to play a Nintendo game (not that I am a big game player other than on the weekends if friends are over) and workout at the same time!

Our Rock Band!!

Here is our Rock Band...or at least what we call fun on a Friday night! This is too funny, you have to watch Bridget (if you don't know who she is...you will) she cracks me up!!

Karter went from being a muddy mess or at least making one all over my back patio to getting sopping wet all in the same day. I guess boys will be boys...

What's Your Name?

Karter met these two boys and they were playing together and they decided to ask each others what there name was when I said tell them you name, Karter said it's "Kung Fu Panda". You are too funny, I love you!!!

Here are some pictures of Karter & Ella (my friend's little girl). She comes over a few times a week and I babysit. Their personalities are too much a like and they sure love to play together!! I even caught Karter kissing her on the lips!! Hopefully that won't happen again till he is at least 20??

1.What is your most embarrassing moment?. I was stopped talking to my boss and Scott pulled up behind me I forgot I had put my car in reverse and when I went to drive off I ran into the front of his truck. This was quite awhile ago.
2.What is something that you think about and laugh at every time?Karter saying his prayers every night. I know I shouldn't laugh but he acts like he is rocking out while saying them!! It is Hilarious.
3. What is you favorite season and why? Fall. I love the colors and the tempature, it is just perfect!!
4.Who is your hero? My mom and grandma. No need to explain!
5.What have you learned throughout your life that you would share as advice for others? You live and learn. Everyday you learn from your mistakes.
6.What is your favorite goofy thing that your spouse does which makes you fall in love all over again? Scott isn't too goofy (or at least I can't think of anything) but I love when he smiles at me it truly makes me melt every time!!!
7.What is your favorite book(s) of all time? I love to read Karter children books! Other than that I don't read!!
8.What is one of your pet peeves? A dirty car or house
9. What has been your favorite place to travel and why? California (Sea World and Disneyland) it is the happiest place on earth and I am like a kid all over again (that is if I have grown up yet)
10. Add a question of your own! You can leave a comment to answer this one if you want. How did your husband propose? Scott asked me to marry him at a baseball game in front of about 3000+ people. We were chose to sing at the seventh inning stretch the Kit-Kat song and were competing against each other. Who ever won the crowd won a box of Kit-Kat's needless to say once we finished singing he got down on one knee and proposed with 2 dozen roses (and the ring, of course). It was awesome!!!
