Some Weekend Fun

This weekend after our tournament on friday we went up to my sister and brother in laws, Scott and Shawna's for the Draper days' The parade up there is awesome. Almost everyone throws candy or bigger things like soccer balls, water bottles or t-shirts to the kids. Karter had a lot of fun with his cousins!

Then later that night we went to American Fork to visit with my dad's side of the family. My uncle Bob (from Minnesota), Uncle Bud (from Fillmore), Aunt Bonnie (from Moab) and my Grandpa (from just outside of Page) and of course my aunts Lori and Pat (from around here) were all down to visit so we had a BIG BBQ with family and friends. The kids swam, played games and us adults visited and had lots of laughs. It was great to see all them together. I think the last time that happened on my dad's side was when my aunt dies. Yes, sad but true. It was great to see everyone together again. The night ended with some awesome fireworks.
