Some Family Pic's

Here are some more of my favorite family pic's. I am currently taking a photo class and am realizing how hard it is to take great pictures. I know Brooke had the hardest time getting my boys to cooperate, especially at the same time . For any of you that want to see more of her work she is great and very reasonable in price. Here is the link brookemoonphotography.blogspot.com

Cookies anyone!!?

Karter and I somehow ended up talking Scott into letting us get a dog. I found the perfect one for our family too. "Cookie" is 6 1/2 years old and is already potty trained and spayed. She is past the hard puppy stages and we love her... the boys especially!! Karter is loving having a dog and Kandon just looks at her and laughs. I was a little worried at first and was having second thoughts for a couple days but now (since we have had her over a month) I am so glad we got her. She is so good with kids. Kandon pulls her ears and hair and she doesn't even budge. It has also been a good responsibility for Karter. I have to say Scott even loves her and she loves when he gets home from work cause he plays and rough houses her obviously harder than me and the boys.

Even I have a Birthday

So it was my birthday on the 13th...I turned 31!!! I know I have been the worst blogger lately and really I didn't want to post pic's of my own birthday. But since a few of you have been emailing me on doing so, here you go. I decided for my birthday I wanted to go somewhere I didn't have to argue with my kids to get them to sit still, be quite and eat. So we ended up going to Fat Cats to bowl and ate Costa Vida. I have to say it was one of the funnest birthdays I have had since being a mom. Thanks to everyone that came and for the fabulous gifts (you didn't have to). What great family and friends I have!!

When it rains...

As its been said "when it rains...it pours!" That is how I have felt this week. It started off with Scott's work shorting his check quite a few hours. Then his boss' acting if they want him to quit or something. So needless to say I have kept to myself and had some melt downs this week. Scott has been at his employer for over ten years and now who he thought was friends (and not just a employer) has now turned to silent treatment and shutting off our cell phones. Scott is looking for a new job (while enjoying the silent treatment at the current one) and so NO we are not jobless yet. But..if you know of anyone that is hiring let us know!! Thanks!!

Some New Family Pic's

We had new family pictures done with "Brooke Moon Photography". She did an awesome job especially for how hard of a sitting it was for her. First off we had to do our sitting twice.. why... because Karter will not smile for the camera unless your LUCKY! It was so difficult for her to get some of him smiling. With her permission I will show you a sneek peek of some of my favorites! There will be more to come once I get the disk this next week.

Some Cute Pic's

I thought these were too cute not to post of Karter and Kandon. Kandon is getting so big and is starting to play more with Karter. He even pushes trucks around already. Luck for me he is not walking yet. Karter is loving every minute of being the BIG brother!

Happy Halloween

We had such a fun Halloween this year. My day started at about 4:30 am when I got up and got dressed up for work. As soon as I got home Karter had preschool so he was dressed up by 10:00 am. Karter also wouldn't let me change, he loved that I was dressed up. So I stayed dressed up all day! After Kandon's afternoon nap we went to Provo's trick or treating on center street and Karter (and even Kandon... or should I say me) got so much candy. As soon as we got home some of the neighbors were starting to go and we just never stopped. After going to some of the houses around ours we went to my parents house. Karter even wanted to go to some of the houses by theirs. After that we headed up to my Grandma's and ate chili and had apple cider (a yearly tradition) luckily we fed the boys before we left our house because it was going on 8:00! Karter had to go to two "cool" houses by my grandma's and then we headed home! Karter was so into trick or treating and the weather was so nice I couldn't complain. Kandon even enjoyed being outside until that bedtime hit. We (me and the boys) were so TIRED we went straight to bed. Maybe Scott stayed up and watched scary movies by himself, I wouldn't know since I was out probably faster than Karter. Hope you all had a safe and fun Halloween!

Happy Birthday Babe!

Happy "late" Birthday Scott (Jonesi)
I just want to say I love you babe so much. You will always be the only man for me!I don't know what my problem is with posting things in a timely manner lately. Scott turned 31 on October 27th. I always have to remind him he is always older than me even if it is only by a couple of weeks. I somewhat surprised him by having a bunch of friends meet at Chili's for dinner. More showed up than I ever expected. Thanks to all of you that came, I am sure it meant a lot to Scott (and me)! As each person left Chili's (even the kids) we started handing Scott a bullet. Then some of us went back to our house for ice cream cake (Scott's fav) and he got to open his present...a new 45 pistol. He was so excited, he has been wanting one for awhile. I love you so much babe and hope you had a FUN birthday!
